Meditation Classes



Beginners meditation will resume on 21 January 2018 and run every Sunday morning starting at 9:30am.  

Class structure varies, from a full guided session, to focusing on, creating a comfortable position, relaxation and how to acheive it, focusing on breath and more. 

This class is free of charge and is limited to only 5 participants so book in early to reserve your place, using the book now button above.
